  1. First off I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if
you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and
clear your thoughts prior to writing. I’ve had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are
lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints?
    Many thanks!

I’m so sorry I missed seeing this way back in October! Not sure why it didn’t show up until now.

In that first ten+ minutes my suggestion is to just write out your thoughts. Just WRITE, don’t worry about content. Even if you have to write out what you want to convey. It gets you in action and your thoughts will surely merge into the communication you want to convey.

      I hope that helps.
